Canine Good Citizen

The Canine Good Citizen®  program was developed by the American Kennel Club to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The distinction also supports responsible ownership, assuring that the dog is clean, well-groomed and an appropriate weight for his breed and age. Dogs that pass the 10 Canine Good Citizen Behaviors test receive a certificate and are entitled to wear the Canine Good Citizen medallion on their collar.

As an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, Debbie Exley conducts certification tests twice a year. The next certification test is:
