Boarding rates are based on suite size and solo occupancy. Discounts are offered for housemates staying in the same suite. Daycare and individual times are not included in the rate and are add on services to the rate. 

Refunds given to credit or debit cards will be minus the card processing fee. Refunds on cash or checks or from cards made as store credit to your Gingr account will not be minus card processing fees. Store credit may be used for any other service types we provide

To request a bath or full groom at drop off please inquire with staff, availability will be subject to an opening in the grooming schedule for that day
