Grooming Desensitization
Grooming Desensitization
This service is available and suggested for puppies or dogs who are uncomfortable with the grooming process. With this service we implement many different exercises with positive reinforcement techniques to desensitize dogs to common/mandatory grooming handling/tools/procedures. This helps create a positive experience and relationship between your furry friend and grooming staff, which leads to less stress and problems arising from grooming services. This can be added to any bath or groom service.

Dematting
Dematting
Matting, also called pelting or casting, can occur for a variety of reasons. Our goal is to help your dog be as comfortable as possible when and if they become matted. Moderate to severe cases of matting (as pictured) require shaving.
If you are concerned your dog has matting please call to discuss your dogs condition, we may ask you to bring them in prior to the appointment to access severe cases and provide an estimate.

Pressure is applied on the outside of the glands and the contents are expressed. We do not perform internal gland expressions.
Refunds given to credit or debit cards will be minus the card processing fee. Refunds on cash or checks or from cards made as store credit to your Gingr account will not be minus card processing fees. Store credit may be used for any other service types we provide.
